We are dedicated to delivering your perfumes orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location.

Order Confirmation
You will be given a order number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted on your order.

Changing or Canceling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.

Shipping Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. Generally we deliver orders between 4 – 7 working days.

Shipping Cost
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on a fixed price.

Returns Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from besteparfums.nl does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 7 days of receiving it. The return shipping cost is for your own charge.
